By enrolling in the Dream Accelerator course, you (the “User,” “Student,” or “Participant”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). Please read carefully.

1. Course Access

Upon enrollment and payment, you will receive lifetime access to all available video trainings, workbooks, and course resources. Lifetime access refers to the duration of the course’s availability under Arise Daughters Academy. If the course is ever retired, all materials will be downloadable in advance.

2. Payment & Refunds

The one-time payment of $249 USD or the two-payment installment plan is required for access.
Due to the digital nature of this course, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Payment plan users are legally required to complete all installments, even if they choose to stop participation.

3. Intellectual Property

All content within this course—including videos, slides, worksheets, guides, names, branding, and written materials—is the exclusive intellectual property of Arise Daughters LLC.
You may not:

Reproduce, duplicate, distribute, sell, or exploit any portion of the content.
Use any materials for teaching, commercial gain, or public sharing without express written permission.

4. User Conduct

This course and any connected community spaces are designed to promote Christ-centered learning, collaboration, and encouragement. You agree to:

Maintain respectful and uplifting communication.
Avoid divisive, derogatory, or inappropriate comments.
Follow all community guidelines set by Arise Daughters Academy.

Violation of this code may result in your removal from the course and all related groups without a refund.

5. Account Use

Your account is intended for your individual use only. Sharing login credentials or course access with others is strictly prohibited. If misuse is identified, access may be revoked.

6. Disclaimers

This course is educational and faith-based, designed to help Kingdom Creators steward their ideas with wisdom. However, no results are guaranteed.
Your success depends on your personal commitment, obedience to God’s leading, and implementation of the course material.
Arise Daughters Academy makes no financial, legal, or business guarantees.

7. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued access or participation in the course after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
